How to Franchise
Franchise Application Process. Choose among the choices and follow the steps.
A. RECOMMENDED
- Set an appointment to have a FREE and NO COMMITMENT Orientation with the Franchise Agent (CALL: 0915-592-5823 / 0928-877-6382 to Set an Appointment Immediately). We are open during Mondays and Saturday from 10am to 4pm only. Exact Address will be followed.
- Decide what package to choose. Fill up the Application Form and sketch of your location.
- Pay the Franchise Package ( CASH, CREDIT CARDS or DATED CHECK ).
- Submit a Valid ID with picture and sign the Franchise Contract good for 1 year (Renewable w/o renewal fees).
- Attend the Franchise Seminar which will discuss on how to operate the franchising business and Crew Training during Sundays at 9am-12nn or 10am-1pm only.
- Scheduled release, pick-up/delivery of Franchise Package.
- Start you Food Cart Operation.

- Release of Food Cart will be 3-4 weeks after franchising for those who haven't yet a location. If you already have your location, we can rush it and have your food cart 2-3 weeks as long as you sent to us the sketch of your location.
- For FREE Delivery, you just need to order minimum products worth P15,000. Product choices will depend on your chosen concept/s. (REQUIRED)
- Delivery of your package and products will depend on your location. Our Operational Staff will do.

What are the shelf life of the product?
The shelf life of the product if it is frozen will be 3 to 6 months except for the buko meat.
Can we upgrade our franchise package to another package?
YES! But it has a separate payment and will depend on your chosen package to be upgraded.
What if our concept upon operating is not suitable in the area that cause us no sales?
Option 1: Upon operating within 1 or 2 months but you don't have yet a sales you have an option to change your concept, all you have to do is to buy a new tarpaulin cover to your new concept and provide a new equipment for the new concept.
What if we already change many times of concepts yet we have no sales?
Option 2: You can change your location, all you have to do is to notify us why you will going to relocate your food cart and submit a new sketch of your location.
What if we already change my location and yet no sales?
Option 3: Check the performance of your crew train them, motivate them. Because 30% of your daily sale will depend on your crew.
How many days before our food cart will release?
If you don't have a location yet the releasing of your food cart will be 3 weeks.
But if you already have a location we can rush the releasing of your food cart within 5 business days to 1 week.
What is the schedule of the franchise seminar and crew training?
The schedule for the franchise seminar and crew training is every Sunday at 9am.
How many times we will going to attend the seminar?
Only 1 day and it will take 2 to 3 hours only.
Is your company legal?
YES! You can check our business permits at the office, or you can check it in DTI's office near you or check it online in DTI's website, just simply present our company name, First Smile Franchise Business Development Services. And the things you need to look for the company if its illegal, No Office, No Permits, Not issuing Receipts for the clients after the payments done.

For FREE Freight Delivery of Cart and Products in Provinces, Visayas and Mindanao, you need to order products minimum of P15,000 above (Good for 8-15 days selling and will depend on your market). For your next order, you need to buy minimum products of P15,000 above to deliver it for Free Freight Delivery, Terminal to Terminal.
